Pullans are a fascinating and proud Leeds based Property business,  with a rich history including Chairman of Leeds City AFC in 1927, ‘Ship’ building in the second world war to a major property owner including Howley Park, Joseph’s Well & Britannia Quarry.

Workspace has worked on various projects for the Pullans portfolio including furnishing their HQ at Joseph’s Well, Various tenants within the same complex, and this eye catching number at 2 Park Lane.

Working with their in-house architects & Project Managers, we had many discussions around style, feel, look, and finishes that would compliment the amazing refurbishment of the building, and allow the entrance and reception area to really sing as soon as it was entered.

We sourced the right style for the right budget, including statement seating, and functional laptop tables, all in the texture rich fabric of Blazer, giving warmth and luxury to the area which invited people to use the space for breakouts, meetings, individual work.

Since we finished the 2 Park Lane project we have been invited to work on their next refurbished building’s reception area – Aspley House.
