Headley Recruitment came to us as they were moving into new premises and wanted us to design their new office space. The new office was situated at Victoria Wharf in Leeds, a contemporary, converted mill style office. The walls were exposed brick or painted white, with the kitchen area and carpets finished in grey.

The office needed to accommodate 14 staff and included a kitchen and eating area for staff to have lunch or host an informal meeting. Headley wanted the design to be modern, fresh, clean and professional.

What we did:

We worked with Headley to develop the furniture layout, design, and look of the space. We used bench style desks in white with grey metalwork and divided the office into 2 workstation areas using grid storage. The storage area was to accommodate stationery and paperwork and create separate areas in the large open plan area.

We explored bringing the Headley brand colours into the seating and desk dividers, but Headley decided to keep the colours in the office neutral, in keeping with the existing décor of the office and building.

The office furniture project was delivered on time and on budget.
